We are keen to work proactively with local residents. If you believe that construction traffic has caused damage to your property, driveway, or verge, please contact us with a description of the issue, photos where possible, and the location and approximate date/time. We will investigate all reports we receive promptly and where appropriate, take remedial action.

We are producing a quarterly newsletter to provide ongoing updates on the construction programme, any unexpected changes, and how BSR is dealing with any issues and concerns. Residents can sign up to this newsletter by emailing info@bsrknowlgreen.co.uk.
